Robin is a third generation farmer on the family property at Loxton in the Riverland South Australia.
The family business is principally dryland cropping; however in recent years they have diversified into export native flowers, Quandongs and developing farming land into housing estates.
Robin has worked closely with research organizations through his past position on the management committee of the Mallee Sustainable Farming (MSF) project. The application of cutting edge technology developed both within MSF and from outside sources has influenced the profitability of their business greatly over the past decade. |
